The Rev. Jordan Haynie will graduate with a Master of Divinity degree from Yale University on Monday, May 20, 2013.
The Rev. Haynie was ordained to the transitional diaconate on December 21, 2012, at St. Martin-in-the-Fields Episcopal Church by the Rt. Rev. Rayford B. High, Jr. The Rt. Rev. C. Wallis Ohl preached.
She joined the Diocese of Fort Worth at St. Martin-in-the-Fields in the spring of 2009. A 2007 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, she has spent the past three years studying at Berkeley Divinity School at Yale. She is engaged to Derek Ware, a second grade teacher originally from Mississippi, and they plan to be married in June.
