Texas Impact presents advocacy training

Texas Impact will present Advocacy Training Saturday, October 27, from 9-noon at Wilshire Baptist Church, 4316 Abrams Rd., Dallas, TX 75214. Register here or share the Facebook Event.

The training with Texas Impact staff will be three hours long. Hour 1 will be a panel of faith leaders. Hour 2 will be Advocacy 101 by Texas Impact staff and Hour 3 will be breakout sessions focused on various policy issue areas with advocacy partners.

Texas Impact is a statewide religious grassroots network whose members include individuals, congregations, and governing bodies of the Christian, Jewish and Muslim faiths. Texas Impact advocates for freedom, justice, and economic opportunity for all people, consistent with the values of mainstream faith communities. The Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth is a member.
