Assisting Bishop Rayford B.High, Jr., visited the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd on Sunday, September 11, to perform baptisms, confirmations and receptions. It was a day of many celebrations, as the choir wore its new vestments for the first time and the baptismal font was dedicated. The Rev.
