Registration for delegates and alternates for the 2013 Diocesan Convention November 8-9 in Wichita Falls are being handled through their congregations, and not online. This year, congregations have been asked to register and pay for their representatives prior to the Oct. 4 cut-off for the “early bird” rate, as posted in Announcing registration dates and fees for the 2013 Diocesan Convention. Henry Penner was ordained to the vocational diaconate during the opening Eucharist at the 30th Diocesan Convention Friday, November 2, in the Thompson Student Center at Tarleton State University in Stephenville. Henry is a member of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Keller, where he has served as a chalice bearer, on the vestry, and as senior warden. The 30th Diocesan Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth on November 2-3 was full of milestones. The Rt. Rev. Rayford B.
