St. Alban’s worshiping in Theatre Arlington was recently honored by the Live Theatre League of Tarrant County with the organization’s 2018 Outstanding Service Award.
The congregation has been worshiping in Theatre Arlington since late 2008. Their members have been active supporters of the work of the theatre.
The Live Theatre Awards were presented on April 23 at the Scott Theatre in the Fort Worth Museum District. Every year since 1994 the organization has honored individuals or organizations for their contributions in either producing or making possible live theatre in Tarrant County. The 14 theatres in the LTL are Amphibian Stage Productions, Artes de la Rose, Artisan Center Theater, Arts Fifth Avenue, Casa Manana, Circle Theatre, Hip Pocket Theatre, Jubilee Theatre, Kids Who Care, Runway Theatre, Stage West, Tarrant Actors Regional Theatre, Theatre Arlington, and Trinity Shakespeare Festival.
