There’s still time to register for the June 20-21 Growing in Faith Together workshop, to be held at Trinity Lutheran Church (3621 Tulsa Way, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
Workshop presenters Peter Steinke and Ana Hernandez will be offering strategies for “Creating and Sustaining Healthy Congregations.” They earned rave reviews for their April workshop on “How Your Church Family Works.”
Tim Stevens, St. Christopher, Fort Worth, attended in April, and plans to come back for the June workshop. He wrote, “… we learned how to make our churches happier and better functioning organizations. Using his insights from the theory of family systems, [Steinke] told us how to resolve conflicts by using our church mission statements as our lodestar. The value of learning about his method of resolving interpersonal conflicts by avoiding being caught in an awkward triangle has already exceeded the cost of admission. I anticipate that his next visit in June will also be helpful and interesting.”
