“Going to Galilee,” a video detailing the 2015 Mission and Outreach Grants of the Mission and Outreach Committee of the diocese, was shown on Saturday, November 14, at diocesan convention at the Botanic Garden Center. In 2011 convention delegates affirmed the principle of the tithe and in 2012 set a goal of reaching 10 percent of the annual assessment being budgeted for charitable purposes by 2018. St. Elisabeth/Christ the King Rummage Sale

St. Elisabeth/Christ the King, Fort Worth, is having a rummage sale on November 20, 21, at the church at 5910 Black Oak Lane, Fort Worth, TX 76114, to raise funds for an automated external defibrillator (AED). UPDATED 11/2/2015 The Most Rev. Michael Curry was installed at the Washington National Cathedral on Sunday, November 1, 2015. Thousands of people who could not attend were there virtually via a live stream of the service over the Internet. Bishop Scott Mayer visited St. Elisabeth/Christ the King Episcopal Church on Sunday, October 25. He confirmed Matthew Edward Moskal, Liam David Ruiz-Riquer, and Kiefer Thorne Wise. Bishop Scott Mayer ordained Annette Mayer a deacon on Thursday, October 22, at St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Keller. The preacher was the Rev.
