Episcopal Church in Wichita Falls honored for ministry

The Episcopal Church of Wichita Falls (ECWF) received a “Spirit of the Community” award at the 30th anniversary celebration of the Wichita Falls Metropolitan Community Church (MCC) on Saturday, January 21, 2017. ECWF, in partnership with MCC and the First United Methodist Church, began offering a “Downtown Dinner” monthly well over a year ago under then priest-in-charge, the Rev. Amy Haynie. Stephanie Patterson Moncrieff was ordained to the priesthood on Friday, January 13, 2017, by the Rt. Rev. Jeff Fisher, bishop suffragan of the Diocese of Texas, at Trinity, Fort Worth. The Rev. Local Integrity Chapter sets schedule for 2017

Integrity USA is an Episcopal LGBTQ organization that proclaims and embodies the all-inclusive love of God through worship, education, and advocacy.
