Wichita Falls congregation offers overnight accommodation to bikers

The Episcopal Church of Wichita Falls will be offering their building, a secure, air-conditioned facility with 2 restrooms for overnight guests who are attending the Hotter ‘N Hell Hundred 34th Runnin’ Bike Race August 27-30, 2015. The building will be open on Friday, August 28, at 5:00 pm and the outside doors will be locked at 11:00 pm that night. A Saturday breakfast will be served consisting of coffee, orange juice, bagels, cereal, and a breakfast casserole. The facility will be closed by 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 29.

The space offers kitchen facilities, showers, and wi-fi  availability. The women’s restroom has two toilets and two sinks and the men’s restroom has one toilet, a urinal and two sinks. Bring sleeping and bathing gear. There is no charge, but donations will be appreciated.

Two members of the congregation of the Episcopal Church of Wichita Falls will be involved with the medical team for this event. Dr Keith Williamson will be the Medical Director HHH Medical and AnneMarie Williamson is the head of the Steering Committee for the team.
