St. Stephen’s hosts “What I wish you knew about my faith” Saturday, April 1

This Saturday, April 1, from 9 am to noon, St. Stephen’s in Hurst is hosting an interfaith dialogue titled, “What I wish you knew about my faith.”

St. Stephen’s is located at 463 West Harwood Road in a shopping center at the corner of Hurstview and Harwood in Hurst. Another church in the same shopping center, Pathways Unitarian Universalist Church, is participating in the event also, along with the Islamic Association of Mid-Cities.

Each of the three congregations will speak about their faith tradition, followed by a question and answer period.

The event seeks to explore questions like “Are we more alike or different?” and the goal is: “Come in friendship. Leave in understanding”.

Please register by email for free (but limited) seating.

Coffee and snacks will be served at 9 am, and the program will begin at 9:30 am. A complimentary light lunch and a time of fellowship will follow the event at noon.
