UPDATE: Early Bird registration pricing is now closed.

Through TODAY, October 4, registration for diocesan convention is discounted for early birds. All congregations have been asked to register their clergy, delegates, and alternates in time to take advantage of the lower rates.

The November 8 and 9 diocesan convention will be held in Wichita Falls at the Multi-Purpose Events Center. The first business session opens at 1pm Friday, November 8 with a nominating ballot. One or two additional ballots are scheduled before the Friday afternoon recess, in time for the convention eucharist at 4:30pm, featuring the Rt Rev. Rob O’Neill, bishop of Colorado, as preacher. Dinner on Friday evening at 6:30 will include entertainment and opportunities for fellowship.

Saturday’s agenda includes an address by the Rt. Rev. Rayford High, along with further ballots and the Saturday afternoon Oil Baron’s tour of Wichita Falls historic and retail sites.

For more information and, if you’re a visitor or non-parochial clergy, to register go to the diocesan website.
